Rules

Please do not attempt to enter the property before property is ready. No dropping off luggage, using the bathroom, parking your vehicle, etc. This will assure a proper and efficient cleaning and inspection of the home. It is extremely important that these instructions are followed.

RULES

NO PARTIES : We know this beautiful listing looks like it might be a good party destination, but it isn't. We have a close relationship with the neighbors, who get in touch with us immediately if there is any evidence of gatherings over the maximum 10 guests (as per the listing description) after 10pm or if the noise levels are too high. Before calling us they will call the police.

Additionally there are noise detectors that will inform us that you are over the allowed threshold, if you are going over the limit we will inform you about it and ask you to tone it down.

This is an awesome place to stay for families, couples or small groups, but if you are thinking of having a party, this won't be the right listing for you. Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.

ADDITIONAL RULES: 

• Please leave your house tidy.
• Place things back where you found them.
• Communicate any issues you have as soon as you become aware of them so we can lend a helping hand.
• The house is thought to be in perfect working condition, if there are issues that you haven't caused and you stumble upon at arrival, please let us know at check in as to not be found responsible for these.
• No Smoking inside
• No Pets unless requested beforehand and approved by us.
